Can we pay by credit card?
Yes, you can. We are accepting Visa, Amex, Maestro and Mastercard.
What does the room rate include?
Accommodation in an air-conditioned room; rich breakfast and dinner, in-room safety deposit box, unlimited usage of wellness facilities, bathrobe (we prepare it in the room upon prior request), use of towel, wireless internet and VAT.
What is the Magnolia House?
The Magnolia House is next to the main gate, approximately 20 metres from the main building. On the downstairs you can find the fitness room.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm upon arrival date, check-out time is 11:00 am in the rooms, and 10:00 am in the apartments. Late check-out is subject of occupancy and it has an additional cost.
How much is the tourism tax in this year (2023)?
Tourist tax costs 400,- HUF/person/night over age of 18.
What means are provided for looking after small babies?
For our tiny guests, cots and bathtubs, pot, toilet narrowing, closed dumpster for nappies, mobile chanching table are naturally available, as well as high chairs in the restaurant. Please indicate your requirements for a cot and baby-bath in advance, at the time of booking!
What types of the mattress can you offer?
We can offer Billerback mattresses.
Is there a hair drier in the room?
Yes, there is. Fixed, 1200 W hair driers have been fitted in the bathrooms. Hair driers are also available in the swimming pool areas.
Is there shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom?
Yes, there is on the wall in a feeder.
How deep is the water by the pools?
How far is the River Körös from the hotel and is it allowed to swim there?
The River is 30 metres from the hotel's building, we have own pier. You can swim there on your own responsibility. The river's deep is between 3 and 5 metres.
Can I bring animals into the Hotel?
The Liget Hotel allows pets in the villas (except for the ’Sunshine’ and ’Premium Plus’ named villas at the waterfront). The fee for the pets is 9.000 HUF/pet/night. When booking, please indicate that pets arrive!
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No, smoking is not permitted in our rooms. You can not smoke also on the balconies! Smoking is possible outside in the designated smoking aera, next to the entrace to the recepcion. In case of smoking in the room we shall charge 10.000 HUF per occassion for smoke removal. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the villa's.
Are bathrobes and wellness towels provided for use in the wellness section?
Yes, we provide residents of our rooms in the main building with bathrobes free of charge during their stay (for our guests over 16). The robes are prepared in the residential units upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like a robe ready for your arrival (up to sizes S-XXL). The wellness towelling materials may be picked up at the wellness reception in exchange for a card from main reception, and should be handed back here on leaving. The cards will be charged when payment is made at main reception. Should the towelling materials be damaged or even disappear, a charge will be made (1000 HUF)
What is the type of dinner and what time is it?
It depends on the guest's number. In case it reaches the minimum number, we guarantee a buffet dinner. Under the minimum number you can chose from menu cards. The dinner time is from 6pm to 9pm on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights), on the other days from 6pm to 8pm.
