Due to their winterized design this villa offer comfortable and quiet relaxation even in the colder periods of the year.
’Sunshine’ Plus Waterfront Villa with own Jacuzzi and pier (for four people): This villa is buildt in 2023, directly at the waterfront of Körös. It is comfortably furnished, air-conditioned /heated with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, dishes, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, plates, cutlery), LCD television, safe, shower/toilet, hairdryer. It has an own Jacuzzi and pier directly at the waterfront of Körös.
This villa of the Villa Park can be booked in the low, medium, pre- and post-summer and top seasons as well. During the low and middle seasons minimum 2 nights staying, during the pre-summer season minimum 3 nights staying and during the top season minimum 5 nights staying is required.
Pets are NOT allowed in this type of villas!
In our 4-person villas we can accommodate a maximum of 4+2 people for an additional fee. We can accommodate the extra two people on the sofa in the living room.
