Sunshine Villa For 4 PersonIn a quiet, green, shady setting of the Villa Park there are 6 quadruple villas called Sunshine Villas. Due to their winterized design these villas offer comfortable and quiet relaxation even in the colder periods of the year.
’Sunshine’ Villa (for four people): A ’Sunshine’ villa built in 2017, comfortably furnished, air-conditioned /heated with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, dishes, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, plates, cutlery), LCD television, safe, shower/toilet, hairdryer.
These villas of the Villa Park can be booked in the low, medium, pre- and post-summer and top seasons as well. During the low and middle seasons minimum 2 nights staying, during the pre-summer season minimum 3 nights staying and during the top season minimum 4 nights staying is required.
We provide residents of our villas with bathrobes for their stay free of charge (for our guests over 16 years old).
Pets are NOT allowed in this type of villas!
In our 4-person Sunshine villas we can accommodate a maximum of 4+2 people for an additional fee. We can accommodate the extra two people on the sofa in the living room.
Sunshine villa's are numbered from 617 to 622. If you have a special request for the color, number or location of the villa, we can provide it (subject to availability) for a surcharge of 17.000 HUF/villa.
